Once seated, your dining experience begins as delicious potato wedges are brought to the table, piping hot and packed with flavour. Guests can then choose to relax and enjoy one of their favourite cocktails or head straight over to the salad bar and choose from a selection of seasonal salads and side dishes.
The real fun begins as the troop of Passadors (carvers) move from table to table, offering succulent select cuts of beef, lamb, prawns. chicken and homemade sausages. all slow roasted over a charcoal barbeque and expertly carved at the table.
