What is “TOGETHER”?

TOGETHER is a web based company in Bahrain that was established in 2012. The idea of “TOGETHER” is to propose high quality deals at discounted price for a limited period of time. High end services and products are fundamental to us: our partners are selected by our team based on their professionalism and passion for what they offer.

Why did you name the company “TOGETHER”?

We wanted to have a name which shows the power of the community to get the best deals and which reflects the Arab culture of solidarity.

Why do you only get new deals once a week?

We know that your time is precious and we focus on bringing you fantastic deals that cannot be beaten. We’ve solved this problem by focusing on a few deals each week and offering them at an awesome price. Hang out with TOGETHER for a week, and you’ll find something that’s impossible to refuse.

I read the FAQ but I did not find answers to my questions or I would still like to get in touch with the customer service team. How do I do that?

BUYING PROCESS

I like a deal - how can I get it?

Just click on "Buy" before the deal expires! You will have 2 options:

- Pay online with a credit card: our recognized and safe partner Credimax will take care of the payment

- Ask for a delivery man. Aramex will collect the money from your home or office.

Can It be delivered everywhere in Bahrain?

Yes, we can deliver and collect money everywhere in Bahrain for only 1 BD delivery.

I bought a deal on TOGETHER and I received an Email & SMS with a coupon number – how do I use it?

Just print it or present it to the merchant. They will check your number on their files and you will enjoy the service. Please note that some partners will request you to present an ID (CPR, etc…).

Do I need to use my coupon on the same day that I buy it?

No, each coupon has its own start date and expiry date; you usually have several weeks to use it. Make sure to check the terms and conditions of the concerned deal.

What do I do if I don’t get an email?

Sometimes our emails may be blocked or filtered by your email provider. Be sure to check your spam / junk folder.

If you still can not get our emails, you can contact any of our staff or email our customer services.

Can I buy a TOGETHER coupon as a gift for someone else?

Indeed you can! It is a perfect gift for friends and/or family. You do however need to check the terms and conditions of the deal(s) you wish to give as some partners may require an ID of the buyer.

Can I combine my TOGETHER coupon with other offers or specials?

No, unless specified in the deal offer.

Is it possible to buy more than 1 deal?

Yes it is, depending on the limits set by the partner.

I can't find a deal which I have seen previously, can I still purchase it?

Unfortunately, once a deal has closed, you cannot buy it. However, you can contact us through our feedback form and request to re-open the deal. If we have enough users and if the partner agrees, then we will send you an email whenever the deal is available again.

Is TOGETHER safe?

It is extremely safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. Your personal and credit card details are safe at all times.

Our partner is Credimax, which is a well known financial service provider within Bahrain.

Can I check availabilities before I buy?

Yes! Just call or email us to confirm availability.

Can I give my TOGETHER coupon to a friend?

Usually yes, he only needs to know the coupon number to enjoy the deal. However, check on the deal conditions as some partners require you to present the buyer ID to consider the coupon number.

I may not be able to use my coupon before it expires. Will it be possible to extend its expiration date?

No, coupons are only valid for the time specified in the terms and conditions and are not refundable.

The business won’t redeem my coupon and it has not expired.
