The Company
With the name that is derived from the trail created by traders in ancient days and termed ‘The Silk Route’, this restaurant captures a modern taste of Eurasian intrigue. The successful venue situated in the heart of Adliya’s food district serves delicious and authentic Indian cuisine.
Recently renovated, Silk offers an improved ambience and a designated smoking area. Those hosting a party, business lunch or other events can take advantage of their catering services. They also offer free delivery for those who would like to enjoy the dishes in the comfort of their home.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, starts and desserts. Guests can choose from a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations. The breads on offer are freshly baked in a clay oven.
Fresh juices, mocktails and cocktails are made in their well-stocked bar. You can also choose from an array of non-alcoholic beverages, wines and premium spirits. Stay connected with free WIFI access.
An additional facility will soon be available. Silk intends to open a party hall, which will accommodate up to 200 guests. The venue remains open daily from 11:30am until 2am.
